As its name indicates, the paver chain is especially created for road pavers. Comparable roller chains for other types of engineering vehicles are also available.
The engineering class chain is designed in dual strand chain structure, and includes a scraper welded between your two strands of chains. For company welding, the involved sidebars are punched with area holes, and then a hydraulic press is useful to press the scraper in to the hole before welding. Made of carton metal undergone heat therapy, the scraper offers higher power and better wearing level of resistance. To reduce the gap between the chain and the including street construction equipment, a surface grinding machine is applied to develop great smoothness for scraper surfaces.
